International Director of Business in the Community, Charity chaired by Prince Charles based in London, United Kingdom. Sue was a pioneer in the field and is globally recognized as a disruptive but experienced and passionate leader, deeply committed to responsible business and profitable sustainability both privately and socially. Her greatest contribution to humanity is linked to "Marketing with Cause" bringing together companies, agencies and NGOs. For more than 20 years Sue has worked as a leader in companies globally associated with the Business in the Community Network (BITC) working with leading organizations. She started and was responsible for several impact investment programs achieved by BITC, based on her patented concept in her books: "Cause Related Marketing" (CRM). Sue created a center of excellence capable of converting the project and the program into a niche market for companies and economic groups involved in higher-purpose campaigns. The benefits created were led in the Network through the creation of the international division of BITC (as a global network). The areas of expertise of the current CSR360 Network, to which other continental networks adhere, include: corporate citizenship, sustainable business models, United Nations sustainable development goals, community investment, employee engagement, human rights, international assistance for disasters and resilience. The Santa Cruz Network is pleased to have Sue's support to work with other global groups, to define and offer impactful corporate responsibility and sustainability strategies and associations. The guide in other continents on behalf of Sue has allowed its collaborative process to generate income, create and deliver projects of multi-million dollar associations that have been co-financed by companies and multilateral organizations, International Development Departments, foundations and corporate sponsors, achieving A + ratings in the London financial market. Sue Developed the CSR360 Global Partner Network, with almost 140 partners in 70 countries. She created a series of world-renowned BITC awards and also directed European awards delivered in 33 countries. As a global advocate and speaker, her experience includes events sponsored by the G7, the UN, the European Commission, industry, academia, and various governments. Prof. Dr. Wayne Visser is a world-renowned pracademic, ranked as one of the 10 most influential teaching thinkers in the world on responsible business issues in social networks, one of the 100 most influential in sustainable business, one of the 100 best thought leaders in reliable business and one of the 100 best leaders in sustainability. Dr. Visser is the author of 37 books and his work as a strategy analyst, sustainability advisor, CSR expert, futurist, filmmaker, and professional speaker has taken him to 77 countries in the last 30 years. Dr. Visser is currently Professor of Integrated Value at the Antwerp Administration School, where he also holds the Chair of Sustainable Transformation, with the support of BASF, the Port of Antwerp and Randstad. He is a senior tutor and member of the Institute for Sustainability Leadership at the University of Cambridge, director of the group of experts and media company, Kaleidoscope Futures and founder of CSR International. The previous roles were as Director of Sustainability Services for KPMG and Strategy Analyst for Capgemini in South Africa.
